What is the best way to lose body fat?
what should and shouldn't i eat? My main goal is to lose the unwanted belly fat that i have but to do that i will have to burn fat off the rest of my body too because i cannot target one spot for fat loss. Hard work! But I'm still determined! What is the best way to lose the body fat!?

- Eat more vegetables.. brocoli, cucumber, carrots... these are complex carbohydrates which takes body calories to digest. This way you lose weight. Go for 20-30 min walk. no need to hurry. simply walk. try to avoid sugar as much as you can. use olive oil. cheese in little amount. Remember one thing - dieting is not the way to stay fit.
