What is the best way to lose body fat?

what should and shouldn't i eat? My main goal is to lose the unwanted belly fat that i have but to do that i will have to burn fat off the rest of my body too because i cannot target one spot for fat loss. Hard work! But I'm still determined! What is the best way to lose the body fat!?

  4. Eat more vegetables.. brocoli, cucumber, carrots... these are complex carbohydrates which takes body calories to digest. This way you lose weight. Go for 20-30 min walk. no need to hurry. simply walk. try to avoid sugar as much as you can. use olive oil. cheese in little amount. Remember one thing - dieting is not the way to stay fit.
