What are some ways to lose 15 pounds in a few weeks? (Healthy or Unhealthy)?
I have to drop a few pounds (13, actually) before I can enlist in the Army. I'd like to do this ASAP. I know it's not healthy to lose a bunch of weight in a short period of time, but can someone tell me the best way to drop the weight quick. Like I said... healthy or unhealthy. Thanks.

- no problem. stop food .. go on a fast .. with deep breathing .. you will overcome hunger pangs ... at bedtime take diluted lemon juice.

- i went on a fruit, raw veggie and water diet...i lost SOOOOOO much weight within a few (3 1/2) weeks. but it was strictly raw veggies and fruit...with water to drink. thats it...lol not so healthy but whatever...
- ok... you can starve yourself, take fat burning pills, stop drinking soft drinks....umm go vegie for a while....go to the gym do excersice and go to hot tubs or buy one of those heat things that "melt away" fat.....lucky 4 u you got only 13 lbs to loose so really go with the healthy choices since u got some time on ure hand....
- I advise taking up running. Eat only whole grains like brown rice, with lots of veggies. Drink plenty of water. Just remember you have to burn more calories than you eat to loose weight. Keep a log. If you want to watch t.v. do it while you're on an exercise bike or treadmill. It might take you longer than a few weeks, sorry, but if you do this in an unhealthy way, you're not going to have the energy to get through basic or the physical exam. you'll loose a ton of weight in basic training.

- Well, starvation will make you lose weight. But it will also leave you weak and sick, and you'll gain it back anyway. I'm no nutrition expert, but if you''re trying to lose fast, then maybe go for a vegetarian dieat (a healthy one! Make sure you know what you're doing or you will make yourself sick) and exercising like mad. I don't know what your current lifestyle is like, or what kind of state your body's in right now, so that's just a loose suggestion. However, the last thing you want to do is weaken yourself before joining the army. :)

- Okay....3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in. You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.
