WHAT lS THE FASTEST WAY TO LOSE BODY FAT?

i am 14 years old and i'm pretty fit, but can't get rid of some fat i have on my stomach and on my pecks. can you please help me out!

  1. Biking, Swimming and running should do it, especially if u do any or all all the time
  2. Intense cardio training coupled with a proper diet. Here's what I do for cardio: Elliptical trainer. 5 minutes of warmup. 20 minutes at a moderate pace, high resistance. 5 minutes moderate cool down. 10 minutes HIIT (high intensity interval training - 1 minute sprint pace, 1 minute jog pace, keep rotating). 5 minutes final cool down. This combines endurance training with intensity training. Great for shocking your body and bringing about fat loss.
  3. Hill Sprints and Swimming would be my suggestion. Pace yourself when you do them the faster you do the more you'll injure yourself. Slow and then speed up a bit. Hill Sprints burn off bodyfat quick in a heartbeat. Swimming puts a relaxing feel into your body.
