whats a good way to lose body fat and gain weight?
and i want to hear more then eat right and run i already lift weights and that doesnt make u lose body fat

- you might want to consider lifting some weights to get rid of body fat. If you never lifted before than you should start by toning. (low weights high reps)

- well you have to eat more to gain weight but if you eat more of good foods it will also help build muscle when you weight train, that is the second part of it you have to weigt train, since fat weighs more than muscle you need to build not just the same amount of muscle as fat lost but more. Eat alot more healthy foods, protein rich, helps with building your muscles, and weight train! Good luck!
- EFT is a great way. Clear the emotional reasons for eatting when you are not really hunger.
- Im in the process of doing the same thing. Since you say that you lift weights, push yourself real hard in the gym and cut out unnecessary talking. The reason I say that is because you should keep your weight training to one hour with just the right amount of rest between sets (aprox 30 to 40 seconds). You want to add quality lean muscle tissue to your existing physique so that it will help you burn more calories. This will also improve your muscle endurance. When you are done, 3 to 4 days a week, do 20 to 25 minutes of cardio (eliptical, treadmill, etc) at 60 to 70 percent of your maximal heart rate. Most machines will let you know your heart rate. That is when your body uses body fat as energy. Eat 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, train hard so you are pushing yourself, be VERY consistant and drink lots of water. Dont worry to much about the scale because you are trying to reduce your body fat (which is weight) and increase lean muscle tissue (which is also weight). Weigh yourself ONCE a week at the same time each time, preferably in the morning before you eat. Again, increase your muscle mass and it will speed up fat loss. Good luck and train hard. You will grow easy.
