  1. Diet and exercise..there's no secret.
  2. go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
  3. I have heard that mixing organic apple cider vinegar with honey works. But I personally have never tried it. It is 2 teaspoons of ACV with 1 teaspoon of honey with every MEAL. I have also heard that the above vinegar is really good if you have high cholesterol, blood pressure and other things. Also if you do not already to this try Circut training. It is a little tough at first but it gets much easier and also it does not take a lot of time because it is fast paced. Here is a web-site that might help http://exercise.about.com/cs/exerciseworkouts/l/blbegcircuit.htm Good luck!
  4. If you're looking to lose a few pounds, just cut out about 200-300 calories a day. You're going to have slow weight loss, but if you're exercising as much as you do, then the weight will slowly come off. Just keep it up, and you'll see it. It would help to know what your diet consists of. If you're drinking sugary soda every day, cut that out of your diet. Try eating an open-faced sandwich or dressing a salad with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Eat a piece of fresh fruit instead of dried fruit since it will fill you more and satiate you better. As far as healthy snacks go, here are some ideas. When putting together a snack, look for something that contributes protein and fiber (and a little healthy fat), since that will satiate you for a while. Good sources of fiber: fruits, veggies, whole grains. Good sources of protein: dairy, nuts, seeds, meat, beans. Try to stay away from things that contribute a ton of saturated fat or added sugars (for heart disease/diabetes reasons.) Smoothie with milk, yogurt, and fruit Granola bar and yogurt Yogurt and whole grain cereal Apple/pear and low fat cottage cheese Apple and peanut butter Pear and reduced fat string cheese Peanut butter and whole grain crackers Peanut butter and celery Hummus and carrot sticks, or other veggies Hummus and crackers Small amount of nuts and a piece of fruit Deli turkey and whole grain English Muffin Here is a link for ideas for healthy snacks, meals, and other fun ideas. http://www.self.com/health/blogs/eatlikeme
