Ways to lose pounds fast

I NEED TO LOSE 10 POUNDS! What are some good ways to drop some extra weigh?

Okay. I am 14, and I really need to lose 10 pounds. Can anyone tell me the best, and FASTEST way to do it? What should I not eat, how should I exercise, and what can I do to keep myself from eatting when I'm not hungery?

  5. you can do the south beach diet...you will lose 8 - 13 pounds in the first week and you will not feel hungry because its low-carb the downside is it makes your body more sensitive to carbs so once you get off the diet if you go back to your old habits you'll gain the weight back

  7. To lose weight fast can be dangerous. Start today by exercising, and watch everything that you put in your mouth. No sweets, limit all food with high sugar contents. If you don't want to eat it, then its probably good for you. Remember to eat small portions several times a day. ( Only healthy ) You will see the difference very soon!
  8. hey...i have like the exact same problem...but i changing a few little things that i eat and you can notice the difference...have whole wheat...it fills you up fast and keeps you full...for example...have whole wheat bread instead of white...and have whole wheat pasta instead of regular...and there are a lot of "light" versions of things that: taste just as good, fill you up, and are really good for you..... i find tht making basic exercises a part of your daily schedule helps alot....exercises like : sit-ups, push ups, crunches, and running are really good to lose weight
  9. u are just 14 and dont worry abt ur weight yet.. you have to eat whatever you like at this age banana. later on when you turn 16, 17 you might have to worry then for now i suggest you to enjoy life and do not worry abt ur weight..i know this is not the answer you are looking for but i think you should really not worry abt ur weight hope you dont get mad at me..lol byes
