Ways to lose pounds fast

What is the best way to lose inches off the bottom/thigh area and fast?

Like work out methods? I already eat great, so I just need to lose size reasonably quick. I weigh 120, but its all in my thighs/bottom area. I just want to shed the visibility! HELP! By the way, I know 120 isn't fat. I just want to be in shape. I dont think I'm fat at all!
