What is the best (and easiest) way to lose inches around my thighs?
I'm trying to get in shape for bathing suit season. Should I do cardio, specific machines, certain floor exercises, or something else? What has worked for you? Please let me know, as I'm quite clueless in terms of where to start. Thanks! S. Oejdfi

- Oh my goodness! I am so excited to share what I have found with you! If you are looking for solutions to loose inches around your thighs... i have the book with all info you need ... it totally works for me ... At first, when i looked at this book, it caught my attention by the title ... "The BUTT Book" ... ok let's be honest we do once in a while think of how our hiney looks! So i bought it with only my tush in mind... but the exercises that only takes me literally an hour a day... made my thighs look leaner and my abs firmer! - What always works for me is cycling, (i instantly notice a difference on my thighs if I've not worked out for a while) sounds alot but i do this for an hour, either in the gym or out on my push bike. But i do have to reduce my food intake also otherwise I'd be just wasting my time..I never eat after 7pm at night either... Good luck in your inch loss..
- Running's supposed to be the best way to tone up your thighs..so try a regular jog in the mornings, or on a treadmill. g'luck!

- Don't think about how just do.......... Put your most comfortable clothes and shoes on and walk. Start with walking down your local streets and around a couple of blocks. Choosing where and when to walk is another most important aspect. Walking past a beautiful garden if you can, smelling the air, and enjoy the experience not just for the sake of walking, make the effort to go to a nice place you feel is worth walking in if you afford the time and expense. If you can't handle running and swimming that's cool. Little steps at a time S. It has to be a regular thing that is achievable and i think that others in this blog fail to mention this. Because i live in Eastbourne there is the beach, the bush to butterfly creek, walks/ runs /bikes around to the lagoons and lighthouse. I love to walk up the hill above the lagoons and look down on the beautiful wildlife now and again. My distances are bit longer, but you can see, that going to, passing by, and experiencing the sights and sounds while you exercise are a reward in themselves, it wont seem such a chore to loss the weight around your body.
