What is a good way to lose about 5 - 10 pounds while eating?
yea i want to lose like 7 pounds healthy ways though like what kind of exersizes are good and how long until i start losing?

- alot of running and go to the sauna.
- mmkay. I would cut back 500 calories from your diet, and get about 45-60 minutes of cardio every day (like running, biking, etc.) You may notice a slight gain at first, but soon you'll be dropping pounds steadily and healthily :)
- start doing cardio about 3 times a week and 10 minute pilates sessions every day and in a few weeks you will see a big difference alro try cutting out sugar and start eating lots and lots of protein!!
- Don't watch tv or read etc while reading.. Keep all attention on your food..eat slowly..and put down the fork when youre full. You'll be surprised to see how much less you eat while still feeling full.. I got this off some tv show.."I Can Make You Thin" People swear by it..
- every other day have your breakfast as usual but at lunch have 5 squares of regular crackers and a glass of tomato juice, for dinner have i boiled egg and 5 crackers and a glass of tomato juice and of course regular exercise and 8 hours of good sleep each night---ugru
