WAT IS THE BEST WAY TO LOSE 2100 CALORIES A DAY??????????????????????d?

basically i want to lose 2100 calories a day. what exercise routines can i do, please dont mention swimming because i dont ahve time to go to the pool

  2. jumping rope and lifting weights will help but try to eliminate some of those 2100 callories from your diet. You are really asking a lot of your body to metabolize food plus 2100 callories. If all else fails get an operation.
  3. eat more oftena day but not heavy meals maybe a nice light meal and your metabolism will speed up and you will notice results in weight loss
  4. wake up earlier and start exercising by run. lift weights before breakfast. lift weight and cardio combo is good but minimize rest as much as you can and total exercise should be less than 30min. that way you burn continuously calories throughout the day.

  7. all it takes is half an hours walk every morning and evening cut down on starchy foods like bread rice and things that fill you up cut down on size of meals and don't nibble things during meal times drink lots of water and cut down on sweet drinks as they make you thirsty for more so water water make sure you the vitamins and minerals instead of items that give you all those calories your local pharmacist will advise you on calories and whats a good amount per day

  9. If I were you, I'd try to forget about counting calories for a while, and focus on eating a low fat diet with enough protein. Eat some good fats too though like almonds and olives. Do 20 squats, skipp for 3 minutes and take a break. You can even skip while you're watching TV.
  10. running/biking/hiking combo this is myroutine at the gym everyday half hour intense interval run - 400 calories 20 minutes on the stairmaster - 300 calories half an hour of spin biking -300 calories soo thats about 1000 calories a day .. then try to limit ur food intake to 1200-1600 cal a day .. no less or u'll end up bingeing .. but u'll be surprised about how little food 1600 calories actualyl is .. we tend to oevreat .. so cut out unneccesary foods ..which will also help get rid of some calories keep in in midnthe body burns calories even if u did nothing all day .. for a women its 1200 cal and for a male its about 1500 ..so even if u did nothing u would 1200 calories ... also try to move around alot more .. park further away from whereve ur going .. climb the stairs twice ... do some vacuuming you'll feel betetr if u just keep moving! if u dont have access to a gym .. then you can do all this stuff outside .. running outside burns tons of calories .. and its hilly so u really have to work hard, get a bike cuz its fun!, and go hiking ... or get involved in a sport u like! good luck :)
