What is the best and easiest way to lose 10 pounds??
I want to lose around ten lbs....I'm 13, 5'6" and 143 pounds. I'm not unhealthy (well maybe a little) but I'm not saying I'm obese. I want to get down to 130 so what is the best way to do that??? Oh and I want to KEEP IT OFF!! Thanks!! :) I have the whole summer to do this so I just need your advice/tips.

- Well, you should talk to either your doctor or a nutritionist about a proper diet and exercise routine (unfortunately, I am not qualified to make a recommendation for a person of your age). Usually though, with proper diet and exercise (no more than 30 minutes of lite cardio 3 times a week to begin with) you can expect to lose 1-2pounds/week. You are young enough to make a real change and be able to stick with it, but beware, proper diet and exercise require a large commitment (even having to buy different food than your family can become a problem if you don't have your own income) and being healthy does not happen over night.
