What is the best way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

im 14, 5' tall, and 104 pounds. i wanna lose 20 pounds by june...what is the best way to do that? especially what should i eat that will fill me up without adding on more weight? ok...all of my friends that are way taller than me weight way less than me. since im 5' tall, a lot of ppl pick me up and exclaim "omg, you're heavy". i wanna lose weight...but i dont wanna starve myself or anything. what are the best foods to eat? im not trying to mainly lose pounds..just the fat that i acquired wen i started eating unhealty in middle school and high school

  3. Are you saying that you want to get down to 84 lbs.? That's unhealthy. I have a friend who's 5' 1", 105 lbs. and she's looks great. Why do you want to lose weight? You'll be a stick at that weight.
  4. apples are great. they have a lot of fiber to fill you up and they are low in calories. celery is also good. Basically all veggies are good IF and only if you couple them with protein. if you don't, you will feel bloated and disgusting.

  13. I'm sorry to say it, but it's a little late in the game to lose twenty pounds by June and still be healthy. Also, at 5' and 104 pounds you have a perfectly fine and healthy BMI of 20.3. If you lost 20 pounds, you would have a BMI of 16.4 The lowest healthy weight for a 5' tall woman is 94 pounds. Eat healthy, not empty foods, excersize, and take good care of yourself. You are too young, sweetheart to ruin your chances of a happy healthy life.
  14. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down.
