Ways to lose pounds fast

How do you lose wieght without a strict commitment? And whats a good amount of calories per day?

I know a great way would be to exercise everyday, and eating healthy, and six or five small meals per day, but say you have a family, that eats three meals a day, and you can't spare enough time, to eat six meals and/or exercise? Any other way to lose wieght?

  1. calories if your trying to lose weight, around 1600
  2. It's simple just drink a lot of water, and don't eat a lot of snacks. and take long walks with your friend or something. and eat your veggies - 1400 is the average.
  3. just try not to eat foods high in sugar or fat. get at least 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise each day, and you should be fine!
  4. hmm weight loss advice
  5. Eat those 3 meals a day with your family but have 1/2 of the amount you usually would, then have the 3 filling snacks either side of these smaller meals, then your having 6 small meals a day. Make the inbetween meal snacks simple, cereal bar and fruit if out and about, fat free soup with crackers if at home etc. Work out when you have spare time in the day to exercise, and if no spare time walk over the washing and ironing to do your exercises instead, because it's more important than house work - thats never ending!. Washing can wait for later or big bundles on a Sunday, just half hour of 'me' time a day or 4-5 times a week. How about when the kids have gone to bed?. If you can leave the house, go for a brisk 30min walk and build that up 3-5 times a week, if you have to stay at home get a few exercise/salsacise/cardio box DVD's to keep it interesting. Stick with it for a few weeks, you'll soon see weight coming off and your clothes getting loser (you'll feel great too). Even if you only lose 1/2lb or none in a week, it is working because you are not going up in weight. Good luck and let us know how you get on - remember to have 'me' time.
  6. Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.
