  1. i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day green tea speeds up your metabolism drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day. do not snack do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3 if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas ) exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day get more active get more sleep it prepares your body stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day change you're lifestyle it makes a difference do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat. do not eat before you go to sleep drink a glass of water before you go to sleep eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday ) good luck! you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

  6. Five pounds is a lot for one month. BUT, the program below will make you LOOK like you've lost at least that, maybe even twice as much. MON, WED and FRIDAY: Ride a bike. Either an exercise bike or a real bike for 1 to 1.5 hours per day. The real bike is infinitely more fun, btw. You can also run, but you have to be able to keep it up for at least 45 minutes. That is probably 3.5 to 4.5 miles for a average young woman. ALSO on MON, WED and FRI: Interval Cardio. Get on an elliptical or even just run sprints on a track. You have to jog for 5 minutes to warm up, then sprint one minute, jog two minutes. you repeat that sprint 1, jog 2 three times, then walk for three minutes and you're done. Interval cardio is HARD, but it's great for your heart and melts body fat. ALSO on MON, WED, FRI: Ab work. Do this either first thing in the morning or before bed. Do the following: 50 crunches, 50 leg lifts, 50 oblique crunches (25 each side.) TUE and THURS: Weight train. On tuesday do squats, lunges, pull downs, reverse grip pull downs and lat rows. On thursday do incline bench press, dumbbell bench press, seated dumbell military press and a tricep pull down. All weights are whatever you can lift for three sets of 20. The last five reps of your last set should be very hard to do. Saturday go for a hike or swim or rock climb or go dancing or just anything moderately active. Sunday take it easy. Let your body recover. DIET: This is vital. You have to stick to the following ideas: 1) eat six small meals per day. 2) Eat only the following: lean meats and veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch (bread pasta, potaoes, etc) and NO sugar. Portion sizes are the size of the palm of your hand. Each meal should include a portion of protein and a portion of healthy carbs. Two should also include a portion of veggies, one a portion of fruit. This diet is easy to follow once you get in the habit, and allows for all kinds of good meals. Drink a large glass or bottle of water with every meal. Don't drink anything else except maybe one glass of 1% milk per day. No fast food, no alcohol. EXCEPT on Saturdays. Saturdays you can eat whatever you want. Though a double whopper may slow down your progress some. Sunday though go right back on the diet. All of this ACTUALLY WORKS.   7. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced.
