- tomatoes tomatoes tomatoes any way cooked stewed raw juiced salsa 3 days teas no foods comb w olv oil sometimes take flaxseed capsules drink water skinny!!!!
- Weight training 3x's a week and eat less calories. Go for a half hour walk everyday as well.
- Best overall program: walking & swimming. Here's a free, easy, inches-off muscle-toning program: http://www.totlhealth.com/a_new_you.html 'Crunches': situps with hands behind your head & bent knees, as many as you can at one time. ADD 5 more everyday to your limit. [At 17, I did 600 every day as an Aviation Cadet.] Watch what & how you eat: No fats, no greasy foods. Pizza's ok but watch what's on top. No soda or 'pop' (save it for a weekend blast). Eat more Chinese foods. Ever see many fat Chinese? (Hint: 2 lbs weight-loss per week is safe.] Good luck! :)

- okay, 1st of all if you listen to the 1st person you're a REAL dumb@$$ because tomatoes, as seen all over the world are induced with solmenella right now. Not good. You can get deathly sick from it so don't eat ANY tomatoes. Eat lots of fruits. They give you energy from their natural sugars which are healthy for you. Eat lots of peanuts and cashews, other than the salt they contain they are healthy for you and give you your protein. Any sort of vegetable is healthy for you, and I'd stay away from breads. Yes, you do need grains, but you can get them from other types of foods such as oat meal, or something. Bread is very fattening. As for exercising. Swimming is a fun, and also exercise induced activity. Sit up's could do some good for your body, and maybe run a little, but honestly, you're about average from your height to weight, so eating healthy should help you lose it alone, as long as your not sitting on your @$$ all day. Get some exercise but I wouldn't worry too much about it, just eat right. hope this helps -good luck : ) and R S you're a REAL dumb F^-U^-C-^K, really.
