Ways to lose pounds fast

ways to lose 15 pounds in a few weeks? (healthly or un heal;thy)?

i need to lose 15 lbs. or more in a mounth or less befroe school is back in session

  1. Don't consider doing anything unhealthy. The best way is to cut back on what you're eating and increase your activity. Eat sensibly, lots of veggies and fruit, make sure you get lean protein, etc. Go for walks, ride a bike if you've got one, etc. 15 lbs. is a sensible goal and can be done in a healthy way. Oh, and drink 8 glasses of water a day. It's not that it will fill you up, but your body functions more efficiently if it is well-hydrated. It's a good idea to take a basic multivitamin as well.
  2. dont do anything major.its not worth it if your going to go unhealthy.
