- i think it is okay
- It's fine.. The most important thing is consistency. You need to do this like every day for weeks to really see results.
- yes cuz ull loose weight slowly....:) but eventually ull have to up ur excersize and/or cut back on food to continue on loosing weight.....but yes thats healthy:)
- it's good, but you have to move the calories up to 1200
- its exactly the way you should do it. you will probally lose around 10 pounds a month it matters on your metabolism. i eat like 700cal a day and walk to and from places(mostly around 2 or 3 miles there, and back home) and i've only lost 5lbs a month.
- Still to low. Your body will still go into starvation mode and hold onto fat. Six meals adding up to 1400 calories per day along with some resistance training will get you the desired results in the quickest amount of time.
- hey, u r in a growing stage so u should consume 1200-1500 calories per day walking on treadmills for 40-50min, speed-start with 4.5(increase speed everyday as u get used to it), incline-start with 2.5 5days a week tummy fat is a problem but has easy solutions:- 1-drink water only after 20 or 30 mins after the meal(cos drinking water directly will give u a bloated stomach) 2-dance-30mins like on 4 or 5 songs. 3 times a week. 3-eat but healthy. i can understand that at this age fast food r the favorites its fine u can have fast food but start minimizing the portions n just 4 times a month n then reduce the amount as days goes by(cos wen u restrict urself u will end up having more) before starting any excersize u need to WARM UP(stretches) take it easy orite dont stress otherwise u will add in more pounds.
