fast ways to lose weight?
im looking for fast ways to lose wight naturally, I do not want to take any diet pills. I found a site http://www.fatlosshelpplan.blogspot.com that is good, but I want to lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks, I need to lose weight fast. Thanks

- I don't think you can lose that much weight in two weeks with a healthy diet.
- unless you got some type of miracle coming, thats not possible nor is it healthy!!! The most you should loose in 2 weeks is 5-6 pounds!!!!
- you cannot lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks, not even if you starve yourself. just work out for 30 minutes each day and eat foods like fruits, veggies, and nuts with lean meats. also drink nothing but water and plain tea.
- 50 pouns in two weeks is unhealthy don't do it. However if you wanted to you could just work out like crazy and only drink freshly squeezed lemon juice and water.

- you can lose a good amount of weight if you really work on it but sorry there is no possible way to lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks, at least not any safe way. however, i don't think there is a way safely or not.
- fat chance of that happening (sorry for the pun) it is neither realistic or safe or even possible or advisable to loose this much weight in such a short time this is around 4kg or something, eat sensible and regulary6 meals a day and exercise is the best thing to do, drink enough water chew gum drink green tea and plain black coffee. good luck

- 50 pounds in 2 weeks????? It can't be done naturally. Maybe lipo but that is never the way to go. 50 pounds would take about 30 weeks to lose if you did it correctly.
- hi the best way to lose weight naturally is to exersize join a new club also eat your regular meals but make sure you know whats going into it and chew your food more and you will begin to get fuller so when you are full you can stop

- 50 pounds in 2 weeks sounds impossible! What I advise you is to prepare your own soups and eat only soup and a (diet) yogurt every evening. As for lunch, try to eat salads, or 'diet meals' (smashed potatoes, cantoneese rice,fish...) Eat fruits, prefer white meat, and avoid fast food, chocolate, sweets (sorry for you halloween sweets!) cream, ice creams,....
- You can try but I think you might DIE after trying to do this, stick to a diet for a few months and you will feel healthy:: Diet: ~~~~ Stick to your healthy eating plan like a trooper. - The only way you are going to lose that kind of weight in 2 weeks is to go see Dr. Ray @ 90210 in CA. Look, you didn't put it on in two weeks and you aren't going to loose it in 2 weeks. Go to a Weight Watchers meeting and learn how to lose weight the right way. It worked for me!
- The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
