Wha is the best way to lose weight fast?

I am 135, 5'4 and I want to lose some weight so I can be bikini ready, I would like to be about 115-120 by the end of the month if that is possible. Thanks! :-)

  2. Well im in a diet and the best way to loose weight fast is by cuttinq down on suger. No sweets for a week and yuh can loose 2 pounds a week plus drinking alot alot alot of water makes you go to the bath room which will release all the suger/ oil your body . so jus by doing those two things you could loose 4-6 pounds in one week
  3. Do a juice fast...they have the juice at Wal-mart in the pharmacy area by the diet aids. It works very well for quick 10-15 lb. loss. Good luck!
  4. eat nothing after 6 pm. Eat small portions of food, a banana for breakfast, a yogurt and an apple for lunch (example) one day of the week, stop eating at noon. get as much exercise as possible. Drink lots of water. This gets my winter weight off every single yearr! I am also 5'4 during the winter I hit 135, then I get down to about 120-122 for the summer. Try to cut down on meat while your dieting. But don't obsess. its night time eating and drinking that keep you from shrinking. Its hard, but hey sometimes it makes you go to bed earlier. Good luck. Plus if you get a tan.....instantly makes you look thinner. (brown fat is way better looking than white fat, just look at a raw chicken versus a cooked one!!)
