Ways to lose pounds fast

what is the best way to lose weight fast? please help!?

I am 5' 11" and am 179 pounds. I want to lose weight fast. I don't want people to just say eat other, please give me an actual answer with all the detais. Thanks when it says eat other i meant to say i don't want people to just say eat healthy please give answers with dieting tips and workout tips. by the way I am a guy

  1. basicly its this simple you are a circle and say you put in 100 units of food per day if you want to loose waight you have to pull out MORE THAN 100 UNITS of expended energy. and its just that simple

Well, I'd probably say try and reduce your calorie intake to about 1,200 and try doing bicycles, bikeriding, or running and try and eat things that are filling like nuts (i eat those constantly) but don't eat anything in excess (especially nuts) i know this is probably what you've already heard, or close but there's no other way to lose weight. basically diet (less calories eaten than the amount you use)+excercise=weightloss you can look up the amount of calories you're supposed to be getting and all that on google. you may end up having to eat more or less than 1200, i was just making a rough estimate
