  1. OMG, weight watchers... You will lose 20 lbs before you can even realize it... You can still eat at any fast food restaurant, and any restaurant of your choice.. You dont have to buy any special foods, its just what you buy at the grocery store...

  3. Atkins allows you to lose a ton of weight in the first few weeks to a month as well. You will easily lose 20 pounds in the first couple of weeks and another 10 in the next couple of weeks. Then it slows down.
  4. I think, first of all, that one of the best things is to leave the word "fast" out of that question. Losing weight fast can be bad for you and you'll be too likely to gain the weight back fast. And avoid the fad diets, like Atkins, low carb, etc. Instead, go for the overall lifestyle changes that will keep you leaner and healthier for the rest of your life. That doesn't mean that you can never eat another chocolate chip cookie as long as you live, it just means that you'll be smarter about it. There are tons & tons of resources available to help you eat smarter, you just need to find them and educate yourself. But if you must pick a particular diet, go for something that resembles the Zone diet (they have a great website full of fantastic recipes & other stuff), or MAYBE South Beach, though I have to admit I haven't looked at that one in great detail. The majority of other diets are crap and don't generally work well in the long run. If overall health & healthy food isn't your concern, I also know people who have lost decent amounts of weight just by counting calories. And, of course, exercise is always a good addition.
