Ways to lose pounds fast

Anyone know any good ways to lose 5 pounds in a few days?

I used to be really good at being in shape and keeping my wieght and being skinny and in shape but lately ive gained ten pounds cuz i just kept eating and laying around. im 15 and 5 2 and weigh 107 i used to weigh 98 -100 pounds.. i havent grown since then ive just gained weight i have love handles... how do i lose those any good methods to lose this super fast.. like foods that will make lose weight easier or anything??? like fruit i know will...

Fruits, vegetables, fiber. Don't eat junk food or fast food if you can, and avoid soda pop!!! Soda is very fattening. Also, if you're not into exercising, you should try to at least get out and walk every day. Walking regularly can help your metabolism so you'll burn calories faster. Be careful. You're still young and want to grow healthy. Don't starve yourself or over do it. Many teens develop eating disorders from this, and die. Several models have died recently because of their eating disorders. Watch yourself!! :)
  3. you aren't overweight, but if you eat right and exercise every day, you'll be healthy. if you cut out the junk food, you'll probably lose whatever you've gained. are you sure they're love handles or normal curves that any woman has? your body is still changing and will grow in places that were flat when you were a kid.
  4. you have to go to a gym and go on tredmile for like an hour and no junk food
