- If you have 20,000 dollars, Liposuction can make you lose alot of weight in hours.
- No. The truth is that there is no "best diet" for everyone. Everyone has different metabolism based on blood type, weight, age, sex, and many other factors. You need to find out what works best for you. But some easy tips to remember: The more calories you intake, the more you have to burn. Processed Sugar, Saturated, and Trans fats are always bad. Good luck.
- NOOOOOO! You need to eat less carbs but they are important and you need them...what is most important to lose weight and gain muscle is PROTEIN!
- Please please please don't do such a horrible thing to yourself. When you starve yourself or deny yourself a certain amount of nutrients, your cells will eat themselves and you die much faster. The best way to lose weight is a change in diet and excercise. It works fast, but maybe not fast enough for people these days. Losing 14 pounds in 7 days is unrealistic because your body cannot cope with such a drastic weight loss in such a short period of time, which would cause even more complications.
- Actually, carb depletion is a type of starvation. However, the faster you lose the weight, the harder it is to keep it off. Here is an article about low carb diets: http://www.spartafit.com/articles/low%20carb%20diets.php
- NO! Your body needs carbs to give you energy. It would help if you limited your carbs to mostly complex carbs. They keep you fuller longer and provide more energy than simple carbs. If you don't eat any carbs you will have zero energy.
- starvation is never the answer when you want to diet. because 1 it is not healthy and you will gain it all back just as fast and probably more. carbs are good to count but you need to watch the fat grams as well. a vigorous work out is a good way to lose fat and calories it also tones the body
- No, carbs are vital for body function and are actually related to our mood. Judith Wurtman at MIT found that women who consumed a 1400 calorie high carb low protein diet had fewer cravings and better overall moods and lost more weight than those who followed a high protein low carb diet of the same calories. This is because carbohydrates increase brain levels of serotonin which improves your mood and decreases your appetite. With that being said, you can't just eat any carbohydrates. White bread, rolls, refined pasta etc. are unhealthy. The best carbohydrates are whole grains (Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Rye Bread etc.). Just keep your diet at a certain calorie level, factor in fruits vegetables and small portions of lean proteins and carbohydrates actually aid weight loss. Additionally refined sugar is terrible as well and should be cut out of everyones diet, start by throwing anything away that has corn syrup in it!
