How can i lose weight fast!?? No diets though!?
Im 17, 5-8, 154 pounds... Im trying to be 140 in less than a month... What excercises do i have to do?? How much do i jog?? Yah i know... im average, but 154 is too much! I feel fat!! If ima be 154 i want it to be muscle!

- Run around 3 miles EVERY DAY. Some crunches would be good, and honestly, even though they are easy, if you do about 200 jumping jacks a day, then your set.
- Try to eat 1500 calories a day. It's easy to count since the nutrional info is printed on almost anything. Drink a lot of water and run as much as you can everyday. If you tire out, try walking at an incline for awhile (uphill).
- Losing weight is an everything or nothing type of thing. You can't just exercise or just diet, you have to do both. If you want to half-@ss it, you'll get half @ss results. Losing 14lbs in less than a month is near-impossible results. You won't get that from cutting corners.
- There is no way you will ever lose weight without incorporating a healthy diet. I'm not talking fad diets - I mean you have to cut calories and improve what you eat. And there is simply no way you will lose 14 pounds in less than a month. It is considered unsafe to lose more than 8 pounds a month (which is already pushing it). Yes, jogging is a wonderful calorie burner. I would try 30 minutes a day for 3-5 days a week, plus weight lifting. Just keep it up and you might reach your goal in a 2-3 months, assuming you eat right.
- A lot of athletes will use milk of magnesia for about a week to drop a weight class. You will poo your brains out, but my hubby and my bro in law have done it. Don't do it more than a week and drink a lot of fluids. I can't tell you about any exercises to do that you can loose so much so quick. But someone may know of something.
- First of all, if you weigh 150lbs, ur not really in need of losing weight but, ok. You should drink at least eight cups of water a day. Work your way up to being able to run three miles by starting out 1/2 a mile the first day, 1 mile the third day, 1 mile and 1/2 the fifth day... and so on. situps and jumping jacks dont hurt either. dont forget to stretch. go for walks and bikerides whenever you can. if youre going to lose weight, a healthy diet REALLY would help. at least stay away from junk food? anyway, first youre going to gain muscle, and since muscle weighs more that fat, you might not drop the *pounds* so fast, try measuring your waist in inches. and, hate to break it to you, but it will probably take longer than a month, but at least ur healthy.

- You can job and exercise. Try to eat 1200 calories a day and try to do some cardio for atleast 30 minutes each and everyday. Cardio easily translates to do an exercise that will make you sweat and breath hard for 30 straight minutes. Also, you can cut your salt intake. Salt makes your body retain water, which makes you heavier. If you cut out salt, you can lose 5-10 lbs in a week. Oh, here is a link that will surely help you. - Go swimming, that tones everything and you cn go on the slides after every half hour
- No diets but u have to watch what u eat, plenty of fruit & veg, cut out fatty or fried foods, esp. late at night. Together with intensive cardio exercises, about 3 - 4 times per week, u can burn off more than u consume. And u can lose weight quickly. Everything works together, what and when u eat and the the way u burn it off.
