  6. just try to cut down on sweets, breads , crackers,and tortillas, and, if u drink milk, only drink either 2% or skin milk, also stay away from beer if u drink. Do try to walk a lot and try different types of exercise something your body is not used too.drink lots of water, eat fruits instead of junk food when snacking.most importantly get good sleep.
