  1. Google~~ The Lemonade Diet -- The Master Cleanser -- by Stanley Burroughs. It's just a fast really. I tried it for 1 day but had no will power! I've heard it works. Cause you don't eat so.....it's gonna work. Be careful not to gain it all back right away.
