fast diet to lose 5 pounds?
what is the fast diet? like a crash diet. or not eatings something i already work out 3 times a week for a couple of hours . i just want to lose 5 pounds and fast and i dont care what i have to do to get there. any ideas?

- eat lots of fruit and vegies or eat 4 times a day or every 2 hours small portions though!
- thats an unhealthy outlook. also if you lose it that fast you will not keep it off.

- Eat three smallish meals a day, with nothing in between. Increase your exercise - walk, cycle and work out at the gym. Drink as much as you want.
- i had to lose 10 pounds for a football turnament i just ate some exlax it sucked for about an hour or two but it was worth it just make sure u don`t dehidrate if you do it

- Don't be fooled by 'fad diets', at the end of the day, all you have to do to lose weight is lose more calories than you take in. Avoid high density calorie foods, such as rich meats, and make sure to take in fiber, which helps quench appetite. Not eating is never good for you, in the end, the nutrients your body loses is just going to hurt you. I suggest for 5 pounds fast, simply cut down on high density foods, and increase your cardiovascular workouts, such as running, or swimming. Pretty much anything that you can work up a sweat with. - Try to have lemon juice mixed with a table spoon of honey (let the water be warm) early in the morning in empty stomach. Then instead of just plain water, add 1 or 2 spoon of lemon extract to it whenever you drink . It worked out great for me.I lost 5 pounds within a week and I didn’t even exercise. I know it’s quite difficult to drink water with lemon juice without sugar. But it’s worth it. All the Best.
- The Sacred Heart soup diet was really helpful for me. It claims you can lose 10-17 pounds in a week. 5 pounds within the first 3 days if you follow it. It is by no means intended as a longterm thing, no more than 7 days. I like to do it as a kick start to losing weight, because by the end of 3 days you lose around 5 pounds usually. It's really good and it works, you have to make the soup though and eat it every day, and follow their instructions of what to eat. You don't starve yourself. For example. day 1 you eat as much fruit as u want and as much of this soup you want until you are stuffed. Day 2, all the veggies you want and soup until you are stuffed, also you get to have a baked potato for supper as a treat lol. Theres a more in-depth description of it below, including a list of do's and dont's on the diet. Make sure you follow them. The best way to lose weight though is through regular exercise and a balanced diet. Like I said this is only good as a kickstart to healthy eating and living, and shouldn't be used longer than 7 days at most.
