Ways to lose pounds fast

I want to lose about 15 pounds fast. What diet pill works?

When I say fast I mean a month 2 months. I still want to be able to eat though. I know that they are unhealthy but I want to use them. Thanks everyone!

  1. No pill works as well as common sense. If you take in fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. The more you keep your calories under 2000 per day and the more you exercise, the more weight you will lose... it's that simple. Green tea will help you burn fat, beyond that, the diet pills all say: use with diet and exercise. Why spend the money on pills when the solution is right in your grocer's produce section?
  2. i just lost 50 pounds, but it took me 9 months-although i dieted off and on. i did 1400-1500 calories (i'm 5'8") go to a calories calculating website. you need to eat 400-500 less a day than your daliy recommended amount to maintain weight. lots of fiber- 25-30 grams a day is a HUGE help. and 20 or less carbs at dinner or later. nighttime carbs are stored as fat and this was VERY true for me. nature's own whole grain sugar free bread, south beach diet wraps, and fiber one granola bars were all staples for me that were filling, tasted great, and kept me full. also, 4-5 smaller meals instead of 3 large ones helps your body to break down food easier. i always saved 100 calories for a bedtime snack, too. good luck! you don't need pills- i tried them, they don't help. eating right is the key and once you figure out what foods are healthy and keep you full, it's easy
