How can I lose 20 pounds fast?
I'm 5'3 and 140lbs. I had my first child 8 months ago. I still have some left over weight from the pregnancy. I don't have much free time because I watch my son all day. I want an easy, fast diet that will work. I was thinking about just eating raw veggies, water and some chicken. Will this diet give me quick results? Any other fast, easy diet ideas? Thanks!
