I am 160 pounds 5"6 and want to lose 40-60 pounds, fast diet ?
i really need to lose weight please help ?

- Cut off one of your legs. There is no fast way to get rid of pounds. All you can do is stick to healthy low calorie diet (fish, chicken, water, fruit and veggies) and exercise. You'll lose 2 pounds a week.
- Losing 30 pounds would be just about right. Try Weight Watchers! It's really worked for me and it teaches you to eat healthy.
- don't starve yourself becuase it makes you gain all the weight back when you start eating again. Eat alot of fruits and veggies. Eat only healthy foods. Do sit ups in front of the tv. Ride your bike.
- Theres no such thing as fast diet. You want to lose weight, eat lots of fruits and vegetable, stay away from sugar and starches. Drink 8 glass of water and green tea. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day. Count your calories.

- There is really no way to lose weight fast without gaining most or all of it back. Although, my cousin lost about 60 pounds drinking only water, eating smaller portions and a little bit of exercise in about 5 months. Eating nothing and not getting enough calories doesnt do any good because your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything as fat, so i suggest you dont try that. Just eat healthy, exercise, and don't listen to those programs that say you can lose 40 pounds in 4 weeks, cause virtually, they just dont work. Hope this helps!
- 125-130 would be a good weight for you. Eat 1200-1400 calories per day. Exercise 30 min every single day. Good luck. I am 5'6'' and I went from 165 to 135. I averaged about 10 pounds per month
- Unfortunately a vast weight gain loss such as that there are not any fast diets that can help to loose it faster. It takes time and determination with consistency. OR do you mean fast as in fasting? If you choose to fast you definitely should talk to your doctor about that so you know the right way of going about it instead of the risk of causing serious medical problems as it can cause you to pass out as well if you have never done that or tried dieting before. Lots of exercise, low fat foods, low carbs, more veggies and fruit. 8 Glasses of water a day. Veggies/fruit have natural energies your body needs which help boost your matabolism along with water. Sometimes when you are hungry it is actually because you are thirsty. Drinking 8 glasses of water per day in a diet helps when if you don't normally and you will notice a change in not having those hunger craves. Those sudden craves dissipate with that amount of water every day. I hope I helped.
- I know you want results quickly, but the faster you lose weight, the faster you'll put it back on again. Losing weight the good old fashioned way really works. You just have to stick with it. Eat a healthy diet of small meals throughout the day of all the food groups: fruit, veggies, (emphasis on those), lean meats, whole grain bread and rice, and some dairy. Just stay away from a bunch of processed foods and refined sugars. Drink mostly water, and exercise at least four times a week. Make sure you do both cardio and muscle toning exercises; they are both equally important in weight loss. You really don't need to lose that much weight either. 110 or 100 on you would not be good :( Good luck with the diet! :]
