how can I lose about 40 pounds really fast????
So everyone wants to look good for school right??? How can I lose 40 pounds fast without diet pills or patches or stuff like that.HELP!!

- cut off a leg. jk. umm there is no SAFE way too lose that weight. you'll need at least 6 months to lose 40 pounds.
- To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing. As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc).... but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions. As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more.
- Have one of your legs removed.
- Start Running. Lay off white food ... anything that even use to be white.

- Uh, you cant lose 40 by school. unless you go anorexic or something and dont do that
- Besides liposuction, its impossible. School starts in 3 to 4 weeks and that is too little time.
- the fasted you could lose that much weight the right way would be 2-4 months. i think you should have thought of losing wieght right when summer started, it would have been a lot easier on you.

- You didn't gain it overnight and you can't lose it overnight. Get yourself to a good nutritionist and get a walking buddy from the YMCA/YWCA.

- I wish you had started working on your goals earlier in the summer to make it more attainable at a slower rate. Well here are my experiences... I suggest the last one. I have lost 12 pounds in a week on a meat fast (unless you are determined, you get sick of this one really fast and the weight will jump back on you so fast, it will make your head spin). - sorry without doing any of above you will need surgery to be your miracle to losing 40 pounds quickly. I've tried a patch (what harm does that do) that has really worked for me. - you can start working out but thats not going to help in time for skool unless ur plannin on getting lipo suction which i do not think u should..just work it off. it may take some time and ur not going to have lost 40 pounds by skool but you will hav lost something if you start now..good luck
- 40 pounds before school starts, aint gonna happen. jsut exercise a lot, and eat healthy. you'll probably lose 15. you'll feel better and can lose the rest later.
- Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy. Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
