How do I lose 49 pounds fast without surgery or a diet like nutrisystem?

  2. Drink lots of water and do LOTS of cardio!! NO SODAS!!! Watch the amount of food you eat. Eat about HALF of what you normally would consume. Thats the ticket!

  5. Cut out the crap,(cookies, ice cream, cake, chips.) Only eat when you're hungry, not when you're bored. Eat lean meat, chicken, fish , fruits and veggies. That's all. And quit eating before you feel full. (It takes 20 minutes to feel full.) And go to bed a little hungry. You'll feel great in the morning. Drink lots of water, and try to walk a lot, or run, or swim.   6. How fast? You don't want to do anything extreme. Weight loss is best done through a combination of exercise and healthy diet. If you haven't exercised regularly before, it is wise to see a doctor first. Most people who are overweight know what they should not be eating. High fat foods including fatty meats, fatty dairy (cheeses, creams, etc) and too much simple sugars (candy, desserts, etc) and an excess of even complex carbs (pasta, breads). You gain weight because you take in more calories than you burn. So you can lose it by 1) taking in fewer calories but cutting out the junk and excesses, 2) by exercising to burn more calories, or 3) by doing both. If you know nothing about nutrition, start reading about it... there are a ton of resources. If you know nothing about exercise, it's best to join a facility that can instruct you. However, you don't HAVE to join a place to walk... and then power walk... which might be more than you're now doing.   7. Here is what you do start out by running for 30 min in the morning before you eat a healthy breakfast like some fruits and yogurt like Dannon light. Then for lunch have a light meal like a turkey sandwhich no mayo no cheese then when you get home go for a 30 min run. After having a good dinner like grilled chicken breast with a salad go for another 30 min run. Also drink a lot of water to clean you system of wastes.

  11. thats alot to lose how old are you it could be dangerous but try eating less junk food and more veggies and fruits :)
