How do you lose 10 pounds fast?
Yeah. I wanna lose it in like, a month or less. 10-15 pounds. No crash diets. No exersising besides gym.. No diet pills. Well, k, maybe I would exercise a bit. But if youre going to tell me to exercise, give me some exercises I could do in my room. [: tyvm.

- if you go to the gym that's a good start. get some cardio in by either jogging or running 2-3 miles on a tredmill or even swimming. also watch what you eat. limit yourself to 30 grams or less of fat a day and lower your calorie intake. remember, if you burn more calories than you take in, you're going to lose weight. if you want to workout in your room, Carmen Electra's Striptease workout vidoes work well for me
- wow- you are really getting limited here! you could try the hollywood liquid diet but that really only makes you lose water weight. in your room try dancing for 30 minutes twice a day. get a exercise video. try running. basicallly you just need to step up your exercise routine- push yourself a little harder. do more aerobic exercises that get your heart pumping. also eat more veggies and foods high in protein to get your metabolism up- and eat these things 6 times a day (like 3 snacks and 3 meals) it will keep your metabolism working all day long. drink lots of water- it may make you feel bloated at first, but you will soon level off- one of those big bottles a day is probably a good start.

Get off soda, all prepared foods, cook from scratch, eat lots of tuna, salmon etc with you salads, Eat fruits, veggies, in other words if it tastes good, spit it out. Walk every day for 20 min. on a tread mill, elliptical etc, ride a statuary bike. Drink lots of water Or.lift hand weights. The more muscle you build, the more calories you burn even when not exercising, because muscle contains blood, Blood will boost your energy level (burning calories) because it carries hemoglobin which carries oxygen all over your body. That is the main reason for exercising. Not because we like it, its likes us.
