How to lose 20-35 pounds fast for summer?

I'm 15, 5'7, and 135 pounds i want to lose about 20-35 pounds any diet tips or help i really want to lose some weight for summer!!!!

  2. WOAH!!!! I know this isnt really answering your question but 5'7 100 pounds is too thin. Its underweight and not cute. I think the most weight you should lose is 10 lbs. NO MORE!!! I'm 5'2, 107 and I'm slim
  3. raven is right, you don't want to lose 20-35 lbs with your height. whatever you do, don't go on some crazy starvation diet (it'll slow your metabolism and at 15 you need a balanced diet since you're still growing). your best bet may be to talk to your health care provider. theyll probably tell you to cut off all sweets & sodas (amazing how much you lose without sodas) and don't go crazy on salty snacks. also do some exercising like running or stretching. and to also take it easy. for some losing weight can be addictive and you don't want that problem
  4. You need serious counselling. Your BMI is 21.1, placing the BMI-for-age at the 60th percentile for girls aged 15 years 8 months. This teen has a healthy weight. You have a serious and possibly life-threatening illness if you think it is sane to want to loose that kind of weight. Chances are you aren't happy with the flab. Well you could try soaking yourself with gasoline and lighting a match to burn it off. Assuming you're not that crazy, start an exercise program. This will replace some of the flab with muscle and firm you up. Unless you're so sick that you think its ok to damage your heart, loosing 35 pounds would take 2 years. You don't gain weight that fast, why the bh do you think you can lose it any faster? duh.
