i want to lose 30 pounds quickly and healthy. anybody got any secret regimens? and do those diet pills really work. how do i speed up my metabolism? and is 30 pounds to much off my 160 poun 5'8" frame? exercise moves that worked for you would also be helpful. thank you :]]]]

- NV sucks. You have to take it on an empty stomach which makes you feel sick and you also have to take it 3 times a day. SO how is your stomach supposed to be emplty all day. I know people who have had great luck with those diet teas that are out now.
- There are no healthy shortcuts. I would NEVER take diet pills ever ever ever. You would be better off being slightly overweight. Here's a simple plan: Exercise 4 times a week for 30 mins, eat what is recommended for your health food guide put out by the country in which you live. cut out the junk, do NOT drink pop or eat dessert with any sort of high sugar or caloric intake. You will lose weight. Here's a simple formula you can use: Net Calories burned(-)/added(+) in a day= calories eaten - calories burned. Remember there are 3500 calories in a pound.
- when diet pills are concerned they usually are effective but have the adverse effect on you once you stop consuming them.... you'll get doubled... itz bettr to exercise and walk and most importantly control your diet rather than using artificial means to reduce weight....Good Luck!!
- 30 lbs is alot to lose quickly. Its probably very unhealthy to make a change so quickly. If you increase your muscle, you can burn fat fast. Surprisingly, you don't need to workout very often to have dramatic results. Check out bodybuilder.com for tips and tricks. It helped me lose 20+ lbs. in a few months. P.s. You're supposed to eat 6 small meals/day to keep your metabolism up. You can subsitute a meal with a protein shake.
