How can I lose 10 pounds FAST! Does anybody have a good diet idea?
I have put on some weight over the holidays and my size 8 jeans are now feeling like I may need a size 10 instead! Help! I have no money to buy new clothes- not to mention I DON"T WANT TO GET ANY BIGGER!

- go to the gym at least 2 or 3 days a week or more at leat 2hrs play sports and eat healthy foods not like hamburgers eat salads.
- do a Green tea cleansing.
- quite simple... first, change what food your eating. Eat breakfast cereals high in fiber, low in carbs and sugar, and try not to eat eggs, breakfast meats and other fatty foods. Same thing with lunch, high fiber, low fat/carb. Also, exercise is key. Running helps, but doing cardiovascular workouts is more of a general health workout...it's heart healthy. I suggest laying on your back, and lifting your feet off the ground, and your upper back. this keeps your lower back on the ground, and really works your abs. for your jeans, go to a wall and do an isometric wall sit. this is where you stand against a wall, facing away from it and slide your back down until you kind of look like your sitting on a chair. this is great for lower body. try these, and if they dont work, sorry for wasting your time
