Eat a well balance of veggies and fruit. Snack ~ yogurt or a bowl of healthy cereal in a 1% or Skim milk. As long as your drinking enough water and getting some cardio you should be fine. Remember to be patent and stay positive. The weight will come off and you will be eating better and that will make your body happy along with you!
