Best diets to lose weight fast?.....?

Im trying to lose about 10 pounds, I weight 117 im 5'3 and I want to lose it by July 4th so I can wear this really cute bathing suit to this amusement park. Any good no GREAT diets I can try?? or methods..something?!?! (No lectures please!!)

  3. go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery. Dinner Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken.   6. Try the South Beach Diet with some exercise in the morning to get your blood flowing. Try to stay away from drinking soda, Ive been on the south beach diet for about 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds. Gets a little fustrating u have to eat 5 times a day but only a little at a time to keep your metabolism going to help burn fat.
  7. Burn more calories than consumed = weight loss. Weight watchers is so good. I am 5'1 and went from 146 to 125 in a few months. It teaches life-time habits which is key for keeping the weight off. However, you are already pretty small....sounds like you should just start exercising a little to tone up.
  8. Try the Pink Patch - its realy good. I bought mine off Ebay as they are cheaper than other places. Also - make sure you exercise, go to the gym or do some dog walking. If you don't hae a dog, most dog owners would happily let you take over the walking of theirs for a while.
  9. Its all about how many calories "go in" and how many "go out". You want less calories to "go in", and more calories to leave your body. So to minimize the amount of calories that "go in" you must eat low calories. So avoid wheat based foods like bread, pasta, rice. Avoid sugars like sodas, fruit juice (yes fruit juice!), cakes, anything sweet basically. This is a "low carb diet". Avoid saturated fats (NO DEEP FRIED CHICKEN! - sorry no offence! and NO FRENCH FRIES :-( To make the calories "go out", you must exercise and exercise. It has to be cardiovascular exercise, e.g. running, nike riding, swimming, etc... not heavy weight training. Basically you need to do something that makes you heart beat at 130 beats per minute for about 30 mins per day. I lost a lot of weight by eating nothing but fish and vegetables (non starch vegetables, NO CORN!) and soup for 2 months. I aslo exercised running for 30 mins 3 times a week. I lost 15 lb THis is not the most healthy thing to do but its what you must do if your goal is JUST to lose weight. It wasnt fun but I am in better shape now than before. Now I can eat what I want to as long as I exercise. I am on a level playing field now. Sorry about the lecture! good luck.
