Going to doctors soon for diet information, need to lose 5 pounds FAST!!!?
is there any excersice i can do and if i just eat 2 small meals a day would i be able to lose a few pounds, iv just done my BMI and its 30.7 im obese!!!! :'(

- I would not advise eating only 2 meals per day. Nor would I advise going to a doctor for diet advice. Doctors generally are not very well equipped to handle proper diet advice that follows the latest research. I have always received far better information from nutritionists. Go see a qualified nutritionist for diet advice. As for exercising, it sounds like you probably don't do much as it is. So start with walking an hour a day and work up to a jog. Or ride a bike, or sign up for some kind of sport...whatever you enjoy most. If you don't enjoy it, it'll always feel like a chore and you'll skip it.
- Safer to do it slowly, and more likely to keep it off. I lost most weight quickest on a strict detox regime (no meat, no dairy and loads of cooking to do!). The more weight you have to lose the quicker if comes off at the start of a diet but then weight loss slows. Good to aim for 1.5-2 llbs a week. Good luck! any increase in exercise will help, try and do something you enjoy and you are more likely to stick to it. Include some aerobic and some toning.
- If you fast for two days you will lose 7-8 lbs. No lie.

Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery. Dinner Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. - 2 small meals aren't a good idea because then you're more likely to be too hungry and therefore will have a lot of difficulty in sticking to the meal plan and you won't lose weight... because you have a high BMI it means that you don't need to go on a proper strict diet immediately - start be decreasing your portion sizes and incorporate a lot more fruit and veg in your diet. completely cut out junk food and chocolate and cut down on added sugar. if you have serious chocolate cravings then eat bananas - they're seriously nature's version! i suggest that you have 5 small meals a day - if you want to snack, try fruit... or maybe nuts. if however you prefer to have a 'full/large' meal, make sure that none of the meals are over 500 calories. drink a lot more water - aim for 8 glasses in a day and make sure that you have one full glass of water with each meal. also drink a lot of (ideally fresh) juice. also drink lots o normal and green tea. green tea aids weight loss and helps flush all the bad stuff out of your body - i don't particularly like the taste but it does work...i have small cups of green tea but i drink it frequently do not have fatty breakfasts - try cereal and fruit and toast - not large fried breakfasts. try to exercise three times a week for between one and two hours. the best time to exercise is before a meal - ideally before breakfast cuz then the food you eat after isn't stored as fat - it's used to bring your energy levels back up. umm...don't do that 2day fast thing - you just lose water and that's temporary - you'll make up the weight in next to no time... hope this helps...
