Ways to lose pounds fast

Is it possible for me to lose 20-25 pounds fast?

I would like to lose this amount of weight fast. I would like to do whatever it takes to lose at least 20-25 pounds in 12 days. Starting tommorow Wednesday for breakfast I plan to eat one fruit, for lunch one fruit, and for dinner one fruit. I plan to do this diet until I reach my goal weight. That is it of what i'm going to eat. I plan to excercise on the ellipitical and do cycling for at least an hour each or more throughout the day. Will I be able to lose this amount of weight?

  2. I think that's very unhealthy. Most likely, you'll reach for more than a fruit one day because you are so hungry and you'll spoil your ridiculous diet. Get real! You're gonna need more than three fruits a day to keep you alive. Eat smart - try eating more fibrous foods which will keep your hunger at bay but will not become fat. Drink water instead of flavored drinks - water has no calories. This way, you might lose 15-20 pounds, with your exercise, but you must stick to your diet and exercise. Good luck!

U must be kiding THREE FRUITS A DAY ... the only thing is u r going to lose by doing so in ur HEALTH ... of course its not possible to lose that wieght with such a way and its extremely dangerous ... and RESULTS WILL BE OWFULL u dont understand wat u will do to ur body ... 1st of all losing weight that fast as ahighway to kidney problems . cardiovasclar diseases , immunity reduction , fainting regradless of skin probs wraping it up TOTAL DESTRUCION U will be shocked by the results belive me caz lossing weight that fast wont make ur body eable to streatch tight ... u will lose too much muscle mass and ur muscle tissues will breakdown and die finding no proper nutrition ultimatly u will end up with flabby skin all around ur body Ur Metabolic rate will be lower than possible caz u r going to starve ur self .. and the body will announce emergency and preseve energy as much as it can to make sure that u r not going to kill your self caz actually ur body doesnt care that u wanna look in shape or not !!!
