should i do southbeach and lost it fast or a eating healthy working out diet and lose 2 pounds a week?

- Well, it really depends on how much you are trying to lose and when you would like to lose it by. If you're going to do South Beach to lose faster, then I would suggest not doing the diet for more than 6 weeks and don't lose more than 20-30 pounds that way...whichever comes first. Good Luck!
