How to lose weight fast! 30 pounds or so.?

Ok. so i am a teenager and i want to lose weight i try but i always give up. i am so tired of being over weight. i'm not super fat but im heavy and i need to lose weight or so i feel. i want to lose 30 pounds or more, (that would be amazing) but i want to lose it fast. i am a very impatient person. i need to see results. i start school july 28th i would be sooo happy to lose 20 pounds by then. i dont care if it is unhealthy i know it is, but i honestly just dnt care. i just need to lose this weight. please help. any fast fast fast diets PLEASE let me know. thatnk u very very much. =] im not able to go running or walking by myself my family is VERY protective im not able to go anywhere with out an adult and the person i'd be able to walk with is working all day. i dont have the money or way to go to a gym. like at all... oh and i want to look/be skinny. if im not able to be "skinny" then just skinnier.

  2. ok firstly do u know a girl called georgina?? ok i need to lose sum weight too i got pro advice and they told meh to do sit ups u know hand on ur head and pull it to ur knees and eating, dont eat nothing i swear thats bad for you just eat a lil bit less then u normally do eat vegies and drink looottts of water and try not to eat the few bits and pieces like lunch money and all that just get healthy food not the fatty pies and yeah

But seriously you didnt put 30 pounds on in a month, you wont lose 30 pounds in a month, your attitude to the situation is all wrong. Changing your physique is not a diet or an exercise programme its a lifestyle change until you get your head round the fact that its going to take months to do properly you'll never get anywhere.
  4. drink a lot of water .about 2litre a day.eat healthy foods enriched with protein ,eat less fat and carbhohydrate enriched foods.waked up early at aroudn 3 am and exercise a lot like running then u'll be able to loose weight
