How can I lose 40 pounds really fast?
I am 15. I weigh 177 and I am 5 ft. 9inches also what should I weight? I'm thinking 150??? idk...but how can i lose it fast, by like summer or quicker.. i am not going to throw up to lose weight either or be anorexic. i want a good diet.. 10 pts and thanks to the ppl who are nice and answer!

- Congratulations on wanting to loose weight to become healthier and not becoming anorexic or anything like that! I'm sure everyone else is going to say this but, just diet and exercises. If you do it right, I'm sure you will reach your goal.
- You are still young so all you need to make a perfect routine of your daily life which match your lifestyle. In this case of really fast lossing fat i think you need to take in consideration that there is no way of lossing fat so hasty. Just manke a diet plan and try to follow that that's it.
- webmd.com has a good tool for determining healthy weight through BMI, and offers some specialized tips after that for you. Just go to webmd.com and search for BMI calcuator
- your not going to lose 40 pounds quickly. i hate to break that to you. but if you set goals you can accomplish anything trust me. i suggest getting on a good diet, where you get all the neccasary food groups covered. i also suggest cutting out all the sugar in your diet, that is what worked for me. lastly fitness and working out is keen. try some cardio. Jumping on a treadmill was the best decission i have ever made in my life.
- Unless you can do something like weight watchers, or jenny craig etc.. try this :) Im 13 and i was 196 pounds, so i decided on a lifetyle change 2 weeks ago :) I eat upto 1500 calories a day, drink 8 glasess of water, and eat a balanced diet. I feel alot healthier, and have lost 8 pounds already :) Always make breakfast your main meal, and dont eat 2-3 hours before bed. Also, excersise for 30 minutes a day, try swimming to get in shape for the summer, since it burns lots of calories, or running. Find some sport you like, or if not just turn on the music and dance! You wont lose the weight that quick but about 8-10 pounds a month :) But youl reach your goal by summer :) Good luck, and rock that figure :D Email me anytime for help :) xx
