  3. I've lost over 20 lbs in 4 weeks. Just by counting calories and exercising 3 times a week. Have 1200 calories a day.
  4. DO NOT CUT YOUR CALORIES to 1200 per day. You will send your body into starvation mode and start burning muscle mass!!! You can destroy your metabolism and make your problem worse! Starving like that is the worse thing you can do. It is more important what you eat not so much your calories. The no sodas and lots of water thing is a very good piece of advice though. Best thing you can do for your bady and your skin!
