What is the best way to lose 100 pounds Quickly?

I need to lose 100 pounds before my wedding in september, I have tryed a lot of diets and exercise without much luck. Does any one have a diet that is easy to stick with that has worked to lose weight fast? I am at my wits end!! Help!!

  6. Aerobic excerices like jogging are great for losing weight. That's why so many wrestlers run while wearing insulated clothing to cut weight fast. Don't drink soda, either. I know a guy that weighs about 300 pounds and downs about 5 or 6 mountain dews a day, maybe more.

  8. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it. 1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism. 2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track.   10. avoid carbohydrates. pasta, bread, cakes, muffins, chocolates, sugar are some of the aliments that are harder to burn with exercise. vegetables and fruis do not have fat at all. you can eat as much of those as you wish. DO NOT snack between hours. i recommend mediterranean diets: light breakfast (like milk, orange juice and some fruit), good lunch at 13:30 (that is, eat to feel your stomach fulfiled, but not about to explode. remember that frited aliments have a lot of carbohydrates and fats. i recommend eating fish and vegeatabes one day, then you can eat meat and salads, or light soups... etc). then have a light dinner at least one hour before you go to bed. remember, if you feel hungry between one eating time and another, DO NOT SNACK, just pick up fruits. eat apples, they are good. drink a loooot of water and sugar-free juices, and in general, liquids. they will fulfill your stomach in non-eating hours. its baaaaad to eat a lot in the night, because those calories you do not burn, because you go to bed directly. all of that will work if you do exercise. walk fast, run, swim, go for tennis, soccer, biking... whatever you like, just do something for at least one hour every day. you will lose weight really fast of you are constant on everything. and enjoy it, cuz u'll feel healthier and healthier :)
  11. first go in for a three day regimen. first day take nothing but liquids (without fat) fruit juices, broths (veg), soups )veg) as and when required. second day go in for salad vegetable or fruits no fats please. third day eat boiled vegies, fruits and soups. fourth day stop taking fat and fatty substances. start taking a walk for half an hour for 4 days, then increasing it to one hour. consuly your doctor before exercising. eat small amounts at many intervals instead of three meals. eat every vegetable, make a brother of vegetables and keep handy. stop craving for bigger meals. determination is must. chek for protien intake. reduce calories. say no to alcohol.

LOL eat less - exercise more ($19.95 please) JK! we need to get away from the word diet - as this suggests a temporary fix - truth is - when we quit eating our 'diets' we gain it right back - so - what we need is a new lifestyle - here's how we're going to do it - 6 (yep SIX) meals a day Breakfast like a King! mid morning snack - fruit Luncheon like a Prince mid afternoon snack - veggie sticks like celery and carrots Dinner like a Pauper before bedtime - cup of yogurt ( WHY!?) yogurt has the probitics to make sure the correct flora and stuff is in our digestive system - when we drink chlorinated water or take antibiotics - these KILL that flora and the bad stuff can get in out system and clog up the works so - drinking filtered water - each day - 1/2 oz per pound of weight (e.g. 256 lb person = 128 oz or gallon of water) calories - figure out how many calories you need to maintain your present weight - and then take 10-15% off - aim for 2-4 lbs a week to lose - safely! because the body has to catch up with the loss and when you plateau out - (We all do) eat ONE meal like you used to - just to fool the body into "he didn't REALLY mean it" and you will start dropping again when you go back on your new lifestyle. Walking is a great exercise - just heard that three 15 minute bursts are better than one 45 min walk - as this burns the fat better - wow who would have thought remember - 2 fruit and 3 veggies a day - plus your lean meats fish, chicken, and once a week - beef! best of luck - and congratulations!
