How to lose 50 pounds fast?

I need to lose at least 50 pounds, is there any kind of diet pill or special foods I can eat to help me lose this excess fat. I'm DESPRATE!! PLZ HELP ME... If this will help i'm 5'5 at 172.. Can someone please tell me there secret if they have one for losing weight?? I know its healthy to only lose up to 1-2 pounds per week but is there any other way i can lose up to 5 maybe? Thanx for trying to help!!

A really over weight person can lose 6 pounds a week easy, without problems. With hard work and not eating more than a handful of heathy food at any on time.   4. My first thought is to tell you to just become a tweeker and do drugs but that's not the right answer. My advice to you is to exercise and watch your calorie intake. I was watching Fight Girls and a girl had to lose weight for a fight. She was reccommended to go for three to six mile walks everyday and was told to load a book bag with stuff and wear it while you walk. This show I'm watching a show on Anna Nicole says to try TrimSpa One person lost 100 and Anna lost 70 lbs. Anyway, my view on the whole thing is the only true way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your eating habits and regular exercise.
  5. The only way you will lose that kind of weight fast is by losing water. You spent years putting it on, sadly it's going to take months to take off. The only secret is "More movement, less calories". It is not necessary to starve yourself on a diet. Fruit, veg, salad etc can be eaten freely. Try changing the way you cook your food and eat less junk food/sugary snacks between your meals. Drinking water, brushing your teeth or keeping busy helps ignore hunger.   6. i need to loose 100 lbs but i dont intend to rush things. i follow the rule "eat less and exercise more". choose a healthy lifestyle.watch what you eat. stay away from fats,sweets,starch and salty foods. if you can go to the gym it's better but if not you can just simply walk every morning or play badminton coz it's a good cardio workout and it's fun. drink plenty of water. 1-2 lbs is the healthy way so dont push yourself too hard it might not do good for you.

I found the following smoothie very helpful: Half an apple and HALF a banana plus one mugful of 100% SKIMMED milk whisked in a food processor. It keeps you satisfied for three - four hours.   10. sorry but there are no short cuts, apart from surgery!! join a gym or try weightwatchers. losing weight too quickly is not good for you, and you'll find the slower you lose it the more likely it is to stay off. Good luck
  11. to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !
