- cut out anything with flour and sugar
- Exercise 5 days a week for an hour each day. Go low calorie and low fat with the foods you eat. I've cut myself down to 1,200 calories a day and along with exercising have lost 10 pounds in less than a month. I don't suggest you cut down the calories that much if you are breast-feeding. Good luck with shedding the pounds!
- A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. - There is no magic, secrets, or tricks involved in losing weight. There is only math. You need to eat fewer calories than you use. Increase your exercise, and decrease your caloric intake. That's it. Nothing else. Stop looking for miracles and start making changes.
- Eat more smaller meals (healthy) every two hours to speed up your metabolism and exercise at least 3 days a week. Walking and jogging will help you lose the fat fast but also lifting light weights will tone you up and make you look better faster. Walk or jog for at least 30 minutes 3 days a week and cut back on sugar. And don't weight yourself every freaking day, it'll drive you crazy. Just do it once a week first thing in the morning when you first get up.
- Honestly, you don't want to lose it fast. Quick weight loss almost always results in it coming back quickly too. Are you eating the same things you ate before you had the baby? Try that, for one. You probably don't have as much time to exercise now, so give yourself a bit of a break on that front.
- Eat less and do more exersise. Take the baby out for walks (in a stoller). You have to cut out incoming calories and increase your burning of calories in order to lose weight. BTW you are trying to lose over 4,000,000 calories, you cannot do this fast. Try for 2-3 pound a week, cut back on your meal portions and increase your movement. Count on 6 months if you work HARD
- I think that one pound a week is a safe goal. You can achieve this by cutting out soda and candy as well as cookies and cake. Drink plenty of water and do sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks. Also you can go running.
- Eat less and drink more water, increase your excercise and remember to eat your food slowly! Savor the flavor!
