What is the best way to lose 15 pounds as fast as possible?
I just really wanted to lose 15lbs. but i don't know the quikest easiest way to do it. Any ideas?

- Well you can lose about 10 lbs of just water weight (like if you have a wedding or special occasion) but you will gain it all right back if you don't continue an excercise routine. It's not for the long run, but if you work out like crazy for 2 weeks it'll get the job done!!

- do you need it off just for an event? if so I would say detox.. but it will come back. In dieting there is no quick fix. Drink lots of water, I mean LOTS, like 16 glasses per day. - If you dont care how it will effect you my advise is to run in th esummer with a tee shirt, two long sleeves, two sweat shirts. Two pairs of pants and a hat. You might look funny but its what I do to loose weight for wrestling. If you want to do it the "healthy way" then you should run milage. You should start at 2 or 3 miles and work up 7-10. Things you should for your abs are sit ups, leg lifts, and go half way up on a sit up and start twisting. This will work your top, bottom, and side abs. Push ups and pull ups ar ea good way to tone your arms.
