Best way to lose 5 pounds relatively fast?
I walk about 3 miles a day with my dogs, then run another mile. I have P.E. in school, and I also ride horses. Sit-ups? Push-ups? I eat pretty healthily (haha thats a funny word) what else can I do?

Keep yourself occupied with other things away from those sweets, eat a good breakfast and eat a healthy snack in between meals. Low fat yogurts, low fat string cheese, fruits and veggies make great healthy snacks. You must eat healthy it is key in loosing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I found motivation in myself because I seen the pig that I had become. I didn't even have any energy and felt like going to sleep too much. One day I just got up and began to workout then that same day I made my self my workout plan and printed it out. I said I will not stop, I have gone this far so I just can't stop. Even though I had a few obstacles now and then I still continued to workout. My life completely changed for the better. My doctor said I am healthier than him. I went from a size 9 pants to a size 5. I wasn't trying to loose pants sizes but am glad. I got a nice toned, healthy body with some sexy abs that I had always dreamed of. To find motivation you can find it in yourself or try getting a friend to workout with you. Picture the future you that you would like to become. Put some pictures up on the fridge to stop yourself from overeating. It gets easier every time! Just do it!
