The best way to lose 15 pounds FAST!?

I want to lose 15-20 pounds. I just started Atkins..............I also cut out beer & wine all together (I was drinking about 2 a day) Aside from the 8-10 glasses of water a day is there anything else I can do t speed up the process????? I know the beer/alcohol cut will help ALOT.

There is also potential loss of bone, and the potential for people with liver and kidney problems to have trouble with the high amounts of protein in these diets." cutting out smoking and alcohol really helps, good job! if you really want to lose weight fast, you could try those "hollywood diets" which are basically the stomach flu that is bottled up..you can find them at places like walgreens, but just remember these diets should only be temporary until you reach your healthy, desired weight. once reaching your goal, just maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle and exercise to maintain the new body. good luck :) edit: like the other person said, cutting out soda, chips and sugary foods also helps a LOT.
  9. stationary bike an forty five minutes twice a day to get weight off the tummy especially i was a manager of a health club once, and a member for 32 years .I saw the results of the bike,over other ways of exercises, the bike is best for losing weight
